Please note that we are bound by the regulations of the Saxon Archives Act with regard to data protection and any current protection periods, especially in the case of estates with personal documents.

Before newly received collections can be used by researchers or the interested public, the materials are first viewed, sorted and catalogued before they are stored and made accessible separately according to media type. They can then be researched via the respective catalogues.
