Help and Rules

How do I use the group room allocation plan?

You can view the room occupancy for any day for the following SLUB locations without logging in personally:

According to the legend, resources that can be reserved are shown in white. Reserved resources are marked in grey with your own reservations being in blue. Non-bookable periods such as closing days and times are marked in red. Please note: Bookings are possible per SLUB location per day for 4 hours, for only one room, for a maximum of 3 reservations per calendar week and up to 14 calendar days in advance.

How can I make a booking?

You need a valid SLUBcard.
After logging in, you select the desired group study room for the reservation.
You need to fill in all mandatory fields marked with * and accept the terms of use. After filling out the form, click on "Anlegen/Create".
When you're finished, you can log out again via the "Abmelden/Sign out" button in the top right corner.

How can I cancel a booking?

Bookings can only be cancelled with the same login that was used to make the reservation. Click on the booking in question and then on "Löschen/Delete". You will be asked to confirm this via a security prompt and then the booking will be deleted from the booking plan.

Where can I find an overview of my bookings?

After successfully logging in, you can see all reservations in the room booking system via the menu "Übersicht/Dashboard" or under "Mein Kalendar/My calendar" in the menu "Reservierungen/Reservations".

How can I configure individual settings?

Under the menu "My account" you can change your personal default home page and time zone.  The authentication for using the room booking system is done via the library's system. It is therefore not possible to change personal data such as your name or e-mail address in the booking system. In the user account, you can select whether you want to receive or not receive e-mail notifications about new reservations, reservation updates, reservation deletions, etc. Under the button "Log in" you can change the language for the booking system (default language German).
